3. Vehicle Listings and Pricing

• All vehicle listings on our website are provided in good faith and are subject to availability.
• Prices quoted are estimates and may change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and applicable duties.
• Import cost calculations are estimates only and should not be considered final. Actual costs may vary depending on customs assessment at the destination border.

4. Quotes and Orders

• A binding contract for the purchase and import of a vehicle is formed only when we issue a formal invoice and you accept it in writing.
• All orders are subject to final confirmation of vehicle availability, pricing, and destination country import regulations.

5. Payments and Deposits

• Payment terms will be specified in the formal invoice and may require a deposit to secure a vehicle.
• All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
• Deposits are refundable as specified in the invoice terms, subject to vehicle availability and our cancellation policy.

6. Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Our import cost calculator provides estimates only. We strongly recommend verifying all duties and taxes with the relevant customs authority in your destination country before committing to a purchase.

7. Vehicle Condition

• All vehicles are sourced from regulated auctions in Japan and Singapore and are sold with documented history.
• Vehicle descriptions and photographs are provided as a guide. Actual condition may vary.
• Pre-shipment inspection reports are available upon request for eligible vehicles.
• All vehicles are sold "as is" unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Japanese Cars Durban shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
